Yesterday, 22 November, the Philippines hosted the finale of the beauty contest “Miss Earth 2009″. This is – one of the most prestigious in the world of international beauty contests, which differs from others in that it serves to protect the environment, and also has non-standard system of selecting the winners: 40% of the external data, 60% of interviews and environmental projects contenders.
